How to get to the offices of Ellis Locke & Associates

Ellis Locke & Associates Inc. is located at 2255 Sheppard Ave E. in North York. Our office is in Suite 137 in the Atria I building, North York, ON, M2J 4Y1. The Atria I complex is on the south side of Sheppard Avenue, one stop light West of Victoria Park (see map).

If you are travelling from downtown Toronto

Head north on the Don Valley Parkway and take the Sheppard Ave. Exit (Sheppard Ave. is the first exit north of Highway 401). The first stoplight at the top of the ramp is the intersection of Sheppard and Yorkland. Turn left onto Sheppard Ave. and proceed east. At the second stop light (0.9 kilometers), turn right onto Settlers Rd. Proceed south about 200 metres to the entrance to the parking lot. Above-ground parking is available adjacent to the main entrance to Atria 1 and provides the easiest access to the building. There is also underground parking available. On entering the parking garage, follow the signs for Atria I parking. Take the elevator or stairs to the lobby and ask the security attendant on duty for directions to our offices.

If you are travelling along Highway 401 (from either the East or West end)

Exit at Victoria Park and proceed north to Sheppard Ave. Turn left (west) on Sheppard and at the first stop light, turn left again onto Settlers Rd.. If you are approaching Toronto from the North, or are using Highway 407

Take Highway 404 south to the Sheppard Ave. Exit. At the top of the exit ramp, turn left, heading east on Sheppard Ave. At the fourth stop light (approximately 1.2 kilometers), turn right onto Settlers Rd. Proceed south about 200 metres to the entrance to the parking lot. Above-ground parking is available adjacent to the main entrance to Atria 1 and provides the easiest access to the building. There is also underground parking available. On entering the parking garage, follow the signs for Atria I parking. Take the elevator or stairs to the lobby and ask the security attendant on duty for directions to our offices.

Parking and Entry

Above-ground parking is available adjacent to the main entrance to Atria 1 and provides the easiest access to the building. Under-ground parking is also available, and is accessible on the east side of the Atria I building. There is a nominal fee for both above-ground and under-ground parking. If you encounter any difficulties at all, you can call us at 416-491-8385.

After Hours Parking and Entry

If your appointment is scheduled for after 6 pm, or on a weekend, you should park in the above-ground, short-term parking area adjacent to the main entrance to Atria 1. The main entrance is located at the northeast corner of the building. Access to this parking area is directly off Sheppard Avenue. Sign in with the security attendant in the lobby and ask for directions to our offices. There is no charge for above-ground parking after hours or on weekends.
