Judy Hatt is a seasoned human resources generalist who specializes in Talent Management and Leadership Development.
Judy has spent over 25 years in Fortune 500 Companies such as Amex Canada Inc. and ING Canada. Her experience has been in Canada, the United States, and Latin America and she has acted in a Global capacity. Positions in her past have included Senior Leadership roles within Human Resources responsible for talent development, leadership development, compensation, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, and employee relations. In addition to her work with Ellis Locke & Associates, Judy has consulted with such firms as Purolator Courier Inc., St. Clements Girls School and Pickering College.
Judy’s passion is helping individuals and organizations develop and achieve greater success. She is a talented executive coach and facilitator, with a gift for helping people to connect ideas and concepts and integrate learned skills and behaviours. She is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Team Management Index, and Situational Leadership/The Ken Blanchard Company. Judy graduated from Dalhousie University with a B.Sc. in Psychology and has her C.H.R.P. from the province of Ontario.
